i guess it all depends on the the number of stud holes, thickness and size?

what model corsa is it? the 1.4 16v had the same discs as a cav 1.8 anyway these are 236mm vented discs discs. if you have 2.0 calipers you will need 256mm vented discs off a astra GTE, Cavalier SRI/GSI or calibra 2.0 16v these discs are also thicker than the 1.8 cav.
Hope this helps

the discs i am getting are these:
4 stud, 256mm, 20mm, standard Cav 1.8 Lsi discs, vented
mintex pads and 'quinton whatever' discs
I already have 2.0 16v Astra GTE brake calipers
car Corsa 1.4 16v yr2000
Will these fit together? does the discs thickness make any difference?

you will need the 256mm 24mm discs as they are wider. these will match the calipers you have.
if you use the 20mm ones you wont get the full braking power and they will fade easier.
i have got the 256mm 20mm discs on my 1.4 16v and its stops awsome. neva faded on me yet.

Your only talking £20 for 2 QH 256x24mm discs. No point in trying to scaff it out and get 20mm thick ones because your brakes wont work properly, if at all.

I supply brake discs and pads but you might be able to source them locally for cheaper as postage is like a tenner

only about £60 plus vat for the set from vauxhall for genuine ones
but the 20mm discs will work absolutely fine anyway!
The 4mm difference will be taken up by piston travel
