Does any1 know to to turn the boost up on these engines? Something about a bleed valve?

Help would be much appreciated. Engine running sluggish.

Dont think you will get much help on a corsa forum mate..

Yes i think you can use a bleed valve but you will also need a boost gauge..

Why do you want to turn up the boost on a 306TD? has it had engine work? I know you dont need to have engine work for to turn the boost up but you would be better off just keeping it at the standard boost level?

....because its running a bit sluggish and smoking.

twiggy.... that nob on the battery turns up and down the sensitivty of my "dickhead radar" on the vehicle. Even on low it picks you up....

If you think it is more sluggish that it should be do you not think it's wise to find out the problem before turning the boost up?

im planning on gettin it serviced 2moro to sort out the smokeyness. boosting it up is something id like to try becuase ive herd it costs next 2 nothing. something with a bleed valve.

I got a pug 306 TD and have turned up the boost its EASY, will take it from 90bhp to 110bhp with about 165ftlb of tourqe.
Go to www.johns306.com register and there is a great guide on there on how to do it, fingers crossed ya got a T2 turbo and not a lucus fuel pump cos i got a KKK turbo and lucus pump and its a bit more fiddly

are they allowed to call it a KKK turbo

i heard that there is sensor you can remove on the DT which makes it run better on the rev range
