I read about the Vulcan mission to the Falklands, 20 years out of date, had to be refueled mid flight, but was the only aircraft capable of carrying out the mission.

spitfire and hurricane were louder and loudest were the jets and then the air slap of the chinook

The most amazing prop plane is the Spitfire with its Rolls Royce Merlin, such a distinctive sound.

i nearly brought you a present olls they were selling england helmets for when we take germany to the world cup

also a 25lb gun thing and lots of cammo gear you would of loved it

The typhoon was louder than everything put together it was immense

Even louder than when i was stood next to the tornado when they fired it up and it took off

I used to go to shows, and as Dad used to have a helicopter, the flights you used to see "Win a flight today" My dad usewd to do it So I could always get "backstage passes" as such!
