Speak to J100RSA...

The ECU goes in the normal spot behind the kick panel, as far as I'm aware you need to trace a few wires from the engine bay and extend them through to the footwell. There is a gromet in place where the engine wiring loom pops through, so you don't need to cut any holes in the shell.

yeah i was thinking of cutting of the ecu plug off the end and pulling the wires through th bulkhead to the footwell.

And run the XE loom through the gromet as normal. but im unsur if there is an easier way, and some of the colours dont weem to make sence.

The ecu wont go in the drivers kick panel due to the power steering ecu which is in there! Assuming your on the elecy power steering?

Sorry greg, find somewhere else!

Not sure if you can move the elecy power steering ecu as you need this space completely empty to get the 2 litre ecu in here.

not fussed about where the ECU goes just need it inside the car.

The other problem is the fuel pump relay, as there is one in the passenger kick well on the 12v and another on the XE loom.

my ECU is in the engine bay, perfectly fine provided its waterproofed well (another job on the to do list)

fuel pump relay: on mine, fuse twentysomething (3rd in from right, on bottom row) 26 i THINK is in the wire between then fuel pump and the car's relays, wire the output from the xe loom relay to this wire and it SHOULD work (well it does on mine, but it didnt on rob b's)

tis easy the ecu will tuck under the dash asfor the fuel pump remove the relay from the corsa loom
run wire from the red blue in the xe loom to the passenger side fit a male spade terminal to this fit this in to pin 8 on the relay block as for wireing the engine there is the ecu multi plug under the bonett cut the plug off all the wires are in that loom that you need evern a couple of extras pull the wireing into the car from the engine bay work in drivers foot well conecting relivent wires you evern get the diagnostic wires in there
