just started to smoke a bit of black this morning?????

only doing it today
any ideas?????

plus the revs are all over the place on idle they are going down to 200rpm and upto 3000 rpm??????????????

its just on tick over........ or when you get higher up the revs......5000+

check the spark plugs, probably very black and sooty. likely to be the cts in my opinion. new one is only £15 so worth a try.
