I have a white corsa now, and on the drivers door it has got little bits of tar, like dots. Will they come off easily without ruining the paint, and what should I use?
Thanks

Bug and tar remover!!!!!!!!!!
Works amazing, mine was covered in it but now it's spotless, really does the trick. Spray it on and watch the tar turn red after about 30 seconds, great stuff

It made mine shine loads, almost like a T Cut, so I T cutted the whole car afterwards

Yes halfords sell it! please bear in mind i had my white corsa resprayed then 2 weeks later it was covered in tar so i used tar remover in large quantities and it did not damage paint work + ive used it on the golf and my ex girlfriends car with no problems whatsoever! So get out and buy the stuff!

I find the bug and tar wipes can scratch the paint. You can also use white spirit.

Quick spray and look at that tar drip, it was then a simple case of wiping it straight off!

Identical to how mine looked, turned a reddy colour if you looked close enough!
Did you find your paint looked really shiney after, like as if it had been T-Cutted?

Right,I'll go and see if I can get some autoglym stuff then. Do you spray it on, then just wipe it off, or wash it off?

You just spray it on, then wipe off, doesnt take long at all mate. Mine came up really shiny afterwards, was really pleased.

So it won't look odd if there is just one area that needs doing? i.e, drivers door?
