Ive got a standard Corsa C SXi, can i get an iPod adapter for the standard headunit, its a CD player one?

yes you can but there not cheap around £100-130

So with this, i'l be able 2 use an iPod in me car without buyin anythin else? Is it better for me 2 just wait and get a new headunit, cos i wanna control it from the headunit like, make life easier!

halfords, they have many way of fitting a ipod to your car
