The girlfriend is in turkey and she is texting me and i keep getting duplicate texts, just got one 3 times and it was only half a message. Is there anyway i can phone up o2 and complain and get them to refurd the credit it is no doubt probably munching?

na they wont credit you back, tbf its probs not o2 any way as it will be the service provider that us being used whilst the phone is roaming.
if you complain enought some one might give you a gesture of goodwill but i doubt it.
chances are shes not being charged for 3 messages any way.
but yeah o2 wont be at fault really, but some one might take pity on you, call centres are very touch and go sometimes you get a decent person who will help you the other time you will get a twat who wont care.
