Recently my gf's car had to be scrapped!
Tesco have now sent her a letter advising she has to pay £55 for cancelling her policy?
Is this lawful as she has already paid all the payments for the period when she had the car?
Thanks

the payments were monthly by direct debit rather than 12 months upfront!

why not just switch the policy onto another car? or she will loose the months ncb shes accrued.
