Just go around the car with the polygonal lasso tool (zoom in to make it easier), then just cut out the windows of the selection by holding in alt as you go (you will see the little minus sign).
Then when your happy with the selection around the car go to Image > Adjustments > Colour Balance. The just play with the settings untill your happy with the result.
