Well I'm in the 9th week since my offer was accepted on a flat.

Clio sold, and I now have a 106 diesel heap to free up £4150 for my deposit.

Anyways my mortgage offer is due anyday Survey done, search done

Phoned up my solicitor yesterday and he still hasn't got the answers to my questions that I asked 4 weeks ago for fucks sake!

Took me 6 months to get in my flat when i purchased it. Alos sold my gt4 and bought a shed of a r5 turbo for deposit.

Currently selling my flat and buying 3 bed semi, is taking forever, complications with the lease on my place

My offer went in December 1st, was accepted on the 5th... Got my keys 21st feb so took us about 13 weeks from start to finish

Best advice i could give Alex would be to chase...... chase..... chase I rang my solicitors every day so did quite well if you consider the 2 week break and i had a problem with the final price because there was a leak in the bathroom, so i got £500 knocked off the house

Gets exciting thou

pics pics pics!
