Anyone know what these are?? I noticed them, washed & polished the car and they're still there..!! 
On the bonnet and roof..

Just to be sure, you have properly polished the car? They aren't water spots are they?
If it is peeled clear coat you need a re-spray if you are bothered about it.

Yes i am bothered about it, and yea i did, dads got a electric polisher/sander so might polish car with that! would that be better!? and no, don't seem 2 be waterspots..

It might be worth getting it polished with some compound, but in those pictures it does look like the clear coat has peeled off if it is not water spots. If it was faded paint or matted paint then it would be uniformly distrubuted across the panel.

Oh, I just realised I could zoom into that picture. Before you worry about anything, try cleaning the spots off. I take it you cleaned the car on a hot day? They do look a lot like water spots which are a bitch to get off.

Ive had these on my corsa which is the same red.They are water marks and seem to dissappear with red t cut.

you could also try sonax paint restorer from vauxhall.I used this for the first time bout 2 months ago and the paintwork still looks the dogs bollox!!!
