wats the best thing to do to a 1.4 sport apart from exhaust wit decat and manifold to improve perfomance i know alot will say stick a 2ltre in it but comments plz

inlet, either something like a mantzel/lexmaul or something from dbilas, however you'd probably be better off putting a 1.6 16v in and doing similar mods, uprated inlet, cams, full exhaust inc manifold
