Theres Donnington but i think its only a short lap with the safety car
Any other places that are ok around the EM

it doesnt say anything about insurance being necessary, general road insurance wont cover you on a track anyway, although specialist insurance can be taken out on a daily basis

Stowe circuit would be ideal for my mini

donnington track is cool, you go round with the safety car once or twice then its open pit, you go on/ off when ever you please, (well when the track has a certain number of cars on you have to wait for some one to come off)
