Could just be normal really as mine and all the other people I know all complain about this, aswell as everyone on CS. It jumps up and down a shoot load, the first half takes ages to go and the last half goes quick, yep?

Well, buy how much does it move? Mines all over the place too. Its worse when the tank get lowers. When mines full it could move buy a few liters, once im under half a tank ive seen it go up and down by 5-6 litres (one of the marks on the gauge). If you do very hard braking from high speed then expect movement by up to 10 litres.

My 1.2 8v moved around quite abit. Was difficult to judge how much fuel was in the tank sometimes.
