I have the same problem with mine. It sounds like the baffles have come loose. I'm running only one box, which could be the problem. Are there any leaks on your exhaust.

Mitch2.... your problem is because you are only using one box, not because of the baffles

gavin2409, get the exhaust checked out at a garage, the baffles in the middle box could be buggered... but like Rileysport says, they all rasp a bit

Could be a leak at the downpipe to Cat join...
