Didnt like my N80 so decided to send it back because it was within 14 days.
Sent it back special delivery yesterday, tracked it and found it got delivered at 11:30.
Rung O2 and said, right its been delivered please can I order a K800i.
They said "Sorry the return isnt on the system, it can take up to a week to appear on the system."
A week? Just to open the box and record it on the system. Ridiculous. Phone companies never fail to amaze me.
