On almost every site am going on at the moment all the icons are little white boxes with red x's or not showing up like below...
If i right click > show pictures it works fine, have done a virus/spyware scan but nothing... what the fook have i done to my computer

Have you tried clearing out your cookies/temporary internet files etc.?
