EVE Online is excellent, in my opinion, but it's a very acquired taste as to whether you'll like it......it's more of a tactical strategy game than a mindless adrenaline-rush game. Imagine an online version of Elite, but with a more automated combat system.
Warcraft, that depends whether you mean World Of Warcraft, or the normal Warcraft series......WoW is the MMO quite a lot of people seem to be playing, at the moment. I'm not a fan of it, since I played Everquest 2 for quite a few months, and EQ2 is graphically superior to WoW, plus I've now moved across to playing EVE Online.
However, all of EVE Online, WoW, and EQ2 are all games you have to pay per month to play (EVE is a free download, though, compared to the other two).
Not played CoD2 online, so can't really comment on that; my online-FPS of choice at the moment is Battlefield 2, despite it's little nuances (having to buy the expansion packs to have access to the same "slightly more powerful" weapons as everyone else, long loading times, lack of a standard "auto-kick high-ping players" since they cause the entire server to lag, and a few other minor issues.
Plenty out there, but you'd need to be a bit more specific about the kind of game you're looking for...
