Janspeed is alot noisier than the magnex, I have the magnex on the gti and its very quiet driving normally but gives a nice roar once you boot it.
To much noise all the time can do your head in plus it draws unwanted attention sometimes

agreed! motorways become a no-go an scals rapidly love to cling to your back bumper
will also favour janspeed boxes and systems just sumthing about them

always had Magnex and can't fault them at all..
OE on some exspensive cars too..
Never had a Janspeed so I am biased..
Magnex are not just built for sound either...They are not too loud.

i've had both, preferred the magnex, slightly better fit and just sounded a little better.
but not really that much difference in the two.

Do you actually know what you a talking about?
Janspeed if your on a budget but if you can stretch to it go for the Magnex great t304 SS with life time waranty and they also fit well and make a nice noise nothing too loud or brash.
As mentioned before Magnex are OE exquipment on some really nice cars.

Magnex everytime for me too, you can't fault the quality of them. Worth every penny. Had the 3" round one on my GSi and it sounded nice and sporty, and used to pop every now and again when it was warm.
