Do i need to get my paypal account registered to buy stuff with it?
I've seen a couple of bits i want for the car and don't know weather i need to or not? any ideas?

You need to register a Paypal account to use one, yes.
I assume you mean verified?

That means you'll be eligible to claim money back if you get frauded, and the other party will if you fraud them. Its easy enough to get and it might mean you have a bit more comeback if there are problems.
I wouldn't rely too heavily on it though, there's normally a reason why you end up losing your money anyway.

mines the same, never got round to getting it verified, but you can still pay for things if its unverified
