i was thinking about buying a total window closure kit for my car as i just got my alarm fitted which has remote engine start, intellagent central locking etc....

would it be possible to make something up cos am guessing its just a relay. if anyone has a wiring diagram that would be a big help.

i dont think its worth it. You would have to be a spanner to leave your windows down on a small 2 door hatchback.

But then there is also the button to open the windows when car is armed and vent the windows to allow air in when the car is armed!

Its on my to do list when i find some cheap electric windows

i always leave my sunroof slightly open and arm the alarm if im fairly close by. I think thats better than the window vent. Also if its venting the windows that would mean its turned off the sensors in the car and so there is no point in arming the car.

should move the sensors depending on what you have left open.
what i mean is, a thief is gonna have major trouble getting in through the sunroof whereas windows its easy so i can understand the alarm going off for the winodws.
