saved a shot lastnight and broke my finger was up A&E for 4 hours, x-ray shows a break on the tip, great.

I broke the bone at the top of my thumb when i was in goals at 5 aside. In cast for 3 weeks and support for 5 weeks..was just the way the ball caught it, broke and pushed the bone up towards wrist.. again was a superb save too, all for the cause..
I played on for 1 hr with the broken bone . mate taped it up..
when game finished went to casualty..

You may be out for longer, I've never been in goals since

Oh Jesus Christ, I played on through it as well which made it worse I feel.

We have a league game the week after next as well

Maybe where my break was is a wee bit worse dunno mate...the bone that goes from your top knuckle on thumb towards wrist...Mine still sticks out

hope you are back quickly...Just that the area may be weakened now by the brake and may brake again easily

Good news is that I can clench my fist now just can't bend the end of my finger where the break is, I have a week to sort it, been doing hand exercises and keeping it strapped up.
