Dave A is pretty good with theses type manifolds and he once told me:

They usually have a water pipe running to and from them BUT when you put aftermarket inlet manifolds on you can leave them blank, they are not needed

cam breather and the fuel pressure reg are both linked into the vaccum system, I prefer to let the cam breather go to atmsosphere personally.

as for the two pipes that go through the tb, there is no need to connect the coolant system to them. just join the pipe from the left of the expansion tank to the pipe in the wate rsystem. this will eliminate the TB form the coolant system.

The reason for this is that there isnt much room for the pipes behind the inlet and they can rub against other engine parts and split. easy wy to blow a head gasket!
