Could a 1.7 corsa diesel pull a car on a trailor comfortably at motorway speeds. Or would it be too much weight for the corsa to tow it safely?
Car to be towed is cav/vectra size

my god...
you want to tow a trailor, and vectra with a corsa
That is unsafe, and the poor corsa will be thrashed to get anywhere.
DVLA guide, or even law for class B licence holders is something like ... hold on...

Combinations of towing vehicles in category B and a trailer, where the MAM of the combination does not exceed 3500kg and the MAM of the trailer does not exceed the unladen mass of the towing vehicle
mam - max authorised mass

so.... a trailor, say 400kg + vectra (1300kg ) = 1700kg at least...
corsa = 1000kg maybe...

I've seen a 1.7 diesel 5-door corsa towing a porsche on a trailer. It's not legal tho and I really wouldn't advise it lol

Max a Corsa can tow is 900kg. I looked in the manual.

Saw a Corsa pulling a Vectra the other day, it managed. However, the Vectra obviously did it's own braking taking some of the ballache out of it. It's do-able, it's just not legal.
