gone have the college days when excel was easy and i new what i was doing.
i have created an "if" query that works spot on.
i now need to do conditional fomating so that if a figure is £300 it goes green and if it is £0 it goes red etc.
im wanting it so that if the figue is 300 and more its green and says paid in the below cell and if it is less than 300 or 0 then it goes red and says unpaid in the cell...
any body any ideas??

Use conditional formatting for the colour and use a forumla like this for the wording.............
E.g. in Cell A2 put:
=if(a1=300,"Paid","Unpaid")
