theres no need to worry about the temp reaching 100 as its pressurised water which doesnt boil at 100
only time you need to worry is IF it goes over 100 and into the red at around 110
but then u prob have a head gasket problem!

what is all this shit about!
If your fan is coming on at the normal temp, and going off when cooled your car is fine
There is no need to be switching fans on etc, the car isnt over heating!
I HAD to do this on my punto as i plonked a big FMIC infront on the rad so i didnt cool as well. That was needed.
It may be needed if you have a stupid bumper also, that has not grill space/joins the bonnet

A switch to the fan is handy on track days because if you come into the pits its a bad idea to just switch off the engine due to heat soak. If you left it running then it would just get hotter so wiring a switch to the fan means that you can leave it running and let it cool down.
