Right, what should I do to my car? 1.6 sport btw
I have a feeling the valve stem seals could be on their way out as it can smoke a bit on start up but not on load (at the moment). The engine is only on 60k aswell 
So should I... Wait until the engine goes/needs a rebuild and rebuild it to standard spec or spend a bit of money on cams etc.... as it would make sense to do it while its all out.
Get rid of that engine and fit a c20xe but im unsure of what this really costs to do and if I would get bored of the power.
Save up my pennies and buy a c20let. This would probably be the most expensive but what costs would I be looking at? Also I like the fact that this engine has lots of tuning potential.
Im thinking about stripping the interior out aswell and fitting a cage so if anybody has a stripped corsa with a cage please post pics and say how much the cage was and where from 
I would sell it for something else now but I cant really afford another car that would be as quick as a corsa with one of the above in. Plus I would quite like the sleeper aspect.
Finally, will i get raped on the insurance for one of the above at 20 with 3 years no claims?

The C20XE shouldn't cost you too much on insurance. I'm not too sure of the cost of LET'ing it though.
If your going the 1.6 route, change the inlet before doing anything.

Its an option but I dont want to spend the same money as an xe but still have less power

You get the best value for money when doing a C20XE conversion and you certainly get a quick car afterwards plus if you're thinking of doing a conversion, then you're not worried about the apparent handling issues that some people claim to get, so i would discount the 1.6 option from your list if you're looking for quite a bit more power reasonably cheaply.
You have to remember though, the c20xe and c20let will more than likely need a re-build of some sort anyway to have them putting out standard power to begin with.
I didn't get bored of the power in my corsa with c20xe after a year and it cost me around £1500 for the conversion, but try it yourself, it really isn't that hard apart from a few wires!

if you want power buy a golf vr6......pick them up for roughly 1k nowadays

Me and a mate will attempt to do it, hes a mechanic so it should be fairly simple
