1990 Vauxhall Nova GTE 1.6 8v

As you can see from the photos this is a mint Nova and not your usual rust bucket. Has had 4 owners including myself and covered only 64,000 miles since new.

Recently had a bare metal respray in standard white with all new O.E vinyl and decals. It is very near standard all round (Even the original tape player!) with the exception of a few little modifications to finish the car off. A cat 1 alarm and immobilzer has been installed as well as been delocked for security purposes.

As stated above there are only light cosmetic modifications, but all standard parts will be included. The none standard parts on the car are:

Lowered Suspension - 60mm all round (Up rated Springs and Shocks)

16” Speedline Allesio Alloys with 4 mint tyres
Full Scorpion Stainless Steel Exhaust System
Ashley 4 Branch Exhaust Manifold

And comes with the following standard parts that came off the car:

Full standard GTE suspension set up
Standard GTE 3 Spoke Alloys included with mint tyres (Set of 5)
Complete standard GTE exhaust system
Standard GTE manifold


In no way does this sound like your average chavy Nova with a big bore on, its sounds as it should be - quiet when cruising and a nice roar when you put your foot down.











Not sure how much the car is worth so sensible offers please. I am in no rush to sell the car but if someone gives me a sensible offer then I will have to unfortunately let it go. May also consider a part ex for something different such as 16v Nova or Corsa, Motocross bike but anything decent considered.

i have seen this car and it is very mint condition, just wish i could have the money to buy it as the person who does buy it has got a great bargain!

As requested by a few folk, here is a few photos of the interior and engine. As you can see from the photos the interior has a after market steering wheel but standard is included and i polished the rocker cover to tidy it up as paint was coming off. Apart from this its standard.

The best GTE ever? i think so! well done on owning such a mint example!

The only thing i would have changed would have been the grill badge for a new replacement as it looks a little faded, the rest is awesome!

Where did u get the rocker from please?
