Right, my phone is supposedly allowed 4mb of WAP access per month, and I had Orange send me the internet settings.

However, even with these installed, it won't let me connect.

Orange Customer Service have no idea why it won't work

any ideas?

coudl just be orange as i couldnt get connected all weekend, and usually works fine

its been a few weeks, i thought it might be a network error, but its been like it for a while.

dude ring 07973100156 from your landline with your phone infront of you and select the option for help with GPRS and they will configure it for you, if they cant automatically do it they will manually talk you through it. Its very simple

I had this problem! Give them a ring and they'll send you the settings

I had this with my phone Rob, ring Customer Services again and get them to check that the option for GPRS is ticked on their system, as it wasn't for mine.

The woman on the other end was very helpful, she checked her computer, saw the problem, sent me a sim update and its been fine since.
