Hi all,
I have a nova with 1400 16v corsa sport engine in. The car was running near perfect when last week it just died and won't come back to life!
The wiring on the car is shoddy to say the least so I've replaced wires to the fuel pump and other things that where just old and coming apart ( from the previous owner ). The problem I have is the car turns over and will start up but then just cuts out, sometimes you can rev it once or twice but then it cuts out! I've changed the map sensor thinking it could be that but it wasn't that! When I used to drive it before it broke it used to cut out sometimes when coming to a stop, could this have anything to do with why my car won't start now?
Any help greatly apprieciated!!!

Ye i wud guess the same, especially cos it starts then cuts out.

I'm thinking ecu guys! I've took the imoblizer off when i was re-wiring it as for the eml its not flashing but the lad may have took the bulb out i'll check it!!
