My msn wont let me sign in, been like it for weeks. Tried uninstalling, re-installing etc, downloading older versions, but still no joy.

When it was working (MSN 8) i couldnt view peoples display pictures or icons.

I can sign into web messenger, but i cant sign in on the application. Keep getting error code 8100036, which tells me to flush my dns via the cmd, but, still doesnt work.

any other ideas, ive got young females to send dirty messages to

must be your perv filter switch it off and try again

Firewall was blocking it, mine was like that for a few days, and i tunrned of my firewall, and i signed in. Mystery

delete the rule, and wait til it asks you again

sometimes when the msn is updated, the firewall will see it in the rules, but pick up that its different (file size, checksum, etc) so block it but not notify you...
