Wonders never cease, looks like Ipswich are lining up a offer for Bramble and there is even talk of a transfer fee being involved All I can say is, please god let it be true I honestly thought we'd have to pay someone just to take him off our hands

He is playing in the Carling Cup on Thursday then coming to Ipswich afterwards on loan
Well its either him or Tommy Miller.
Bramble will be good at Championship level, the lad was excellent in his first season, remember his goal against Sunderland? Oh my
He is a good player that got mixed up in the wrong things.

Taken from Football365.com:
ANOTHER CLUB ACTUALLY WANTS TITUS BRAMBLE
Posted 24/10/06 14:12
The world of football has been plunged into shock and confusion after Ipswich Town confirmed that they would like to sign Newcastle 'defender' Titus Bramble and may even pay money to acquire his services.
In a sensational development that has already prompted many to question whether the date of April Fools' Day had been moved, Tractor Boys manager Jim Magilton claimed that he would leap at the chance to sign the player if, as expected, Newcastle put Bramble on the transfer list for the January sales.
Suggestions that Magilton may have been speaking under duress, or has mistakenly identified Bramble, are set to be investigated after he inexplicably described the Toon man as "a quality defender".
"If there was a possibility of signing Titus I would do it right now," Magilton told the East Anglian Daily Times.
"He is a quality defender who is playing at Premiership level and we know all about him. So, yes, absolutely I would bring him here.
"We have not asked about him as yet, but if he is available and would like to come here, then we will be in there finding out."
Football365 needs a lie down.

Yeah but your still the mugs that paid 8 million for a player we got for free 6 months prior.
And I use the term player lightly.

I was gutted when Liverpool sold Traore. You could be winning 3-0 and if he came on there was always hope you'd lose

Hence why I refered to FFS (Fat Freddy Sheppard) being one of the biggest mugs in the game

£2m for Cygan
£1m for Stepanovs
But the best were...
£23.5m for Anelka
£25m for Overmars (with a career threatening injury well set in )
£7m for Petit (same as above!)
