I've sold 3. Unfortunately, you get a lot of time wasters though. Bit better than Autotrader though, as its easier to gauge interest in it and put a better description.

I bought my SRi on Ebay and all went smoothly. There are plenty of horror stories but keep an eye on the ratings and you should be okay. If potential buyers have any negative feedback, read through and find out why.....a lot of it is just common sense.

Beware though, it costs a fortune! Wait until there is an offer on selling fees. I sold a Mk2 Golf GTi and got stung for nearly £40 for selling it (which was 10% of what it went for!).

Just advertise it on ebay, Put something like, "must view before bidding" then take cash on collection when they view it (and hopefully buy it) and close the auction down, thats if you have a set price in mind. Thats what i did anyway, avoids the fees.

not bad tbh but sometimes u can get hit with stupid time wasters.

good point is alot of ppl will view it

bad point might not get the money your after
