My Mrs has got a Sony MP3 player, and runs SonicStage on her computer. She's paid and downloaded loads of songs from a site other than Sony, so now she cant put the songs on her MP3 cos of song licensing. Have any of you guys got a way of getting around song licenses? If you could U2U me with possible suggestions, that'd be great! cheers

click on edit. There's an option in there in bold to delete your thread.
If sites like limewire are blocked at your uni, chances are torrent sites will be too.

You need to figure out how to crack the files so they are non-encrypted format. For example, if they are in iTunes format you can use a program called JHymn to convert them to normal MP3's. Google it becuase there ought to be cracks for these things.
Or you can use some software to re-record all the tracks to MP3. Or you can burn the music to CD, then rip it to MP3.
