Hi guys, just a quick one:
if i have a headunit with two pre-outs is there any way of running front, rears and a sub and be able to adjust all individually?
Can you get an RCA splitter or something to that efefct?!? Basically i listen to an array of music and i have boston acoustic components in the car and i want to install some 6x9's for a little extra punch but then i have an alpine type r sub to go in. I want to be able to turn the 6x9's down if i turn the sub on.
Need advice on the wiring rather than a debate over whether 6x9's are worth it.
Cheers guys, Phil

Run the fonts off the head unit, then the 6x9 and sub off the RCA's.
That's what i'd do.

The fronts need to be amplified, can't remember what RMS they are but quite high. Just wondering if there is any way of doing it or whether i need a headunit with 3 preouts?

3 Preouts is the best bet.
Or, you can split the RCa's with splitters. In my experience the sound goes shit though.

There ya go. DIN sized EQ, 1xRCA input, 3xRCA outputs (Front, Rear and Sub)
Pricey but a good piece of kit if your wanting your system to sound spot on.
