I heard you can get a trailor called an "A" trailor.
It folds out onto the car that needs to be transported and puts all 4 wheels of the car on the floor which means that normal licence people can tow cars without taking another exam.

Looked on ebay and cant find any, i might be wrong with the name it might be called something else.

Help please.

Thats right, old man is fabricating a car transport( the low trailers for towin with my van ) so that will be very handy,especially for my mates etc breakindown

an A frame lifts the front pair of wheels off the ground does it not

anyway, you don't want to be towing a car at all with your 106, a frame or not

An A-Frame leaves all four wheels on the floor. Its literally just a frame shaped like an A with a tow hitch connection on.

Btw...you don't need a special license to tow a trailer anyway.

If you passed your test after 1st January '97 you do, if its over 750kgs.

Ah good ideal. Ill have to do that then when i get my 205.

Robin im sure you would like to know, ive not sorted out a garage for the 205 just need a few licks of paint and an alarm and im ready to go
