TV card for your PC, use RF cable from VCR to TV card.

personally i wouldn't use a tv card, doesn't give the best picture. Just buy a decent capture card, with Composite/s-video inputs - they can be costly (Matrox gear for example) but the quality will be better. If you have to use a tv card, make sure it has a composite input or s-video etc

For the quality you are going to get off vhs I would recommend a tv card as well tbh.
Don't use the rf though, use the video in they all have.
Aldi have a capture box in for about 20 quid though.
