The next Chelsea? Couple of seasons and West Ham will have some of the worlds best players and a few Premiership titles??...Wonder if the Argentinians were told when putting pen to paper..

West Ham dont own them anyway, MSI do. And considering the other offer for West Ham was from one of the guys involved in MSI I doubt they'll be there for long seems his bid wasnt accepted.

Be pointless them leaving in January. FIFA rules state players can only play for a maximum of 2 teams a year. So although they could sign for a new team, they wouldnt be able to play.

Think my old man knows someone on the WHU board who stands making £20million quid from a takeover. Suffice to say I think he wants out

He was a director at Barclays, believe he was chairman at West Ham a while back, then took a back seat on the board. Will try find out his name.

Must be one of these three, as these are the biggest shareholders currently...
Terence Brown, who controls 40 per cent
Charles Warner, who owns 21 per cent,
Martin Cearns, who controls 9.1 per cent

Think it was Martin Cearns, name rings a bell - Did he sell his stake to Terence Brown?

hmmmm
out of the 3 mentioned, this is my prefered bid
magnasen is president of the icelandic fa, and has a uefa seat
IMO he's liklyeu to be a much better candidate than some dodgy businessman who owns some argie stars, as usally you just dont walk into a seat on the uefa board
west ham hold the players contracs as such cosmo, and brown was wise enough to make sure there was a clause that could release them in jan

its very possible, as the cearns family and warner family founded the club, cearns is a decident of the first owners, as is warner
