Since putting my new semi-smooth on, she hasn't sat right on the nearside but all I've done is remove the pins and put the new hatch on.....old one sat perfectly.
I've posted about this issue to no resolve but was wondering if anyone knew if the hinges are adjustable? (Don't have my Haynes with me atm).
If they aren't, will have to take the hinge off and try and drill the holes a tad longer so the hinge can be pushed forward slightly so the hatch sits flush.....good idea or not?
EDIT: Planty02 mentioned filing the hinge down but I fail to see how this would work in my case.

Either side of the boot door there should be rubbers that you can wind in/out.
Have you tried adjusting these?

It's not flush from the top of the nearside hinge all the way down to the light...as though the hinge is too far out if that makes sense.....
