I was sure as long as there was another way of oppening the doors incase the battery failed it was all ok?
I am planning on having no handles and having the whole lot run off of solenoids.
Having the car impounded is a tad OTT i think!

my mate joe off here had scoobs old astra it had no door handles dut poppers under mirrors was fine when five o pulled him over and MOT's no problems.
and if you have a bad enough crash and the doors are bent or piller is holding door back door handles or not they wont open cars come into my mums breakers with doors jamed i think this rule is saggy pants no differnt imo.

so if u have buttons under ur wing mirrors and u roll ur car 6 times and the mirrors come off... when u come out of intensive care 12 months later will the cops arrest u because ur wing mirrors were smashed off and they said they couldn't get in by pressing any buttons?

mark dont be so mellow dramatic, in anycase of not being able to get into the car they will cut you out. If you rolled the car 6 times, they will most likely be cutting you out door handles or no door handles
