I have Batman Begins on DVD and I want it on my ipod.
I am an ipod n00b as I only normally have music on it.
Anyone help out?

Get a MP4 converter, convert it from .avi. Then use iTunes to add it to your iPod..

If you put the DVD into the drive. Go to C: then find right click on the DVD Drive, and chose explore. There should be files on there, a .avi file, copy that to somewhere, then convert it.
