For anyone that might want to do this....I can now confirm it comes out relatively easily.

Just drop the front engine mount and use a 13mm ratchet spanner on the bottom row of nuts.

I removed the header tank and removing the ICV will also give more clearance...though i did take it off with ICV in place!
