Go to the Print Preview and it is fine [text starts at normal position]:

I'm using 2003. That Web Layout Options thingy doesn't seem to be there.

Sorry, got a big bogged down lol. Added the Adobe Toolbar as i wanted to create a PDF file and it went back to normal.
