A suspension kit will handle far better than just lowering springs would. Springs give a low stiff ride but are bouncy.

Dont think we could take the car down to -60mm. Think our limit will be -40mm. The kit would be too low to go over the millions of speed bumps we have around here. Even at 40mm we will have to grind out some of the inner kit to make sure there is no wheel rub. Thanks though

Didnt you only just pass your test in the last week? What were you doing driving down the M1 prior to this?

I was driving it Jay drove the bits from and to the motorway.

Up until last Wednesday, I drove the car as often as Jay did. Now I am having to remember to use my own car instead. No where near as much fun

Sure he will give it a go.... mind you "Prowler kit" and "straight" are not normally in the same sentence. Blooming mare, bends and bumps all over the place when we got it.

Black I think. Although they have said any except Candy which will cost more. m8t's doing it for him (got his own spray shop) although it means he will have to take it to Scunthorpe (from Nottingham) lol, although now he is through his test it is any excuse to get out and drive it about

Think he should have the bonnet extended down to the kit too. What do you think?

Just gave my car a little clean today means it's not raining for once

Took some pics so just putting them in for the time

enjoy the 3rd tone to my car

The back yes i have lexus lights so don't tell me to change them

Just a close up of the alloys (rusty drums sorting it out in feb )

Some of the inside, not to bad for an L reg!

Then one to prove my car is clean and it's been cleaned at least once in its life

Anyway! keep an eye on it, getting paid on the 31st, sorting out the spray on the 3rd of feb.

Coming in feb so far (depending if i get xmas work bonus) - New suspension kit, new spacers, full respray in gloss black, new front brakes, spraying back drums, new air filter (old ones done for i believe) BMC or a viper unsure yet, 6x9's, sub and amp and a new head unit.

Will update every time i pick something new up.

P.S. Sorted out my fan belt / alternator. Took 3 hours to get the bolt of to adjust the tension but was well worth the hassel! love rounded bolts

Well it's been along time since i posted here..but due to some delays i finally have dates for the car!

Sound system is in just need to rewire and sort out the boot to hide all the wires etc.

Paint job is happening on 16th of april (thats when it goes in)

Mot is tomorrow

Custom exhaust tail pipes being made to suit the kit abit better means cutting away some of the bumper but will be better than burning away as its doing now. Thats happening next week.

Must get my suspension kit + spacers when i get paid in april.

Will post pics of exhaust when thats done then when its sprayed
