nice, where does the hot tub go, show us those pix.
our new fence gets fitted in the next few weeks, 15 fence panels arrive saturady morning for me to stain before they get fitted.
The guy will then come and fit concrete posts and base boards. I'll post pix when its done, but for now heres where its going to go. My father in law and sister in law helped clear this shanty...
this is what it looks now its cleared ready for the fence chap

we having the hole jobby dne, but th panels come pre dipped, but thats stuffs not brill and long term won't last long.
painting it with AirLess spray gun.. as long as weather ok this weekend. Doing both sides 2 coats, (got a 4x 9litre tubs for now from B&Q in bark Brown)
painting befpre they go in as once in you won't get them out very easy with the trees all over the top.
we've got 15 panels (5foot tall) and all concrete posts and base boards that (are 1foot hight) giving total 6' fence.
the fence fitted is just under a £1k
well worth i as I wouldn't want to dig the holes and mix the stuff to fit them, line them up.... especially where our fence is going!!! lol
not sure what ence panels cost it all depends on the quality of the fence. some are dead cheap but won't last 5mins.

trust me, its not a lot for whats being done.
it works out approx £65 per fence/concrete posts/concrete base and the fitting.............................. so that matches your mate with his approx price £20 per fence +£20 posts etc + fitting it
all the fencing will be fitted in two days max with three guys doing it!
winner

Yeah mine would be about a grand to pay someone to do + about 500-600 for materials from a wood merchant. Thats why im planning on doiing the lot myself & buying untreated timber straight off the boats in the local dock(I have a contact there says I can get all I need for £50) looks like my summers going to be fun

mav, and you have a pool with slide!! not many can say that. lol
we have a large garden with the place we've just bought. Its all been neglected by the guy who we bought it off and its costing us to get it right. the house is ok, but inside is cr*p and TBH, I'd knock it down and start again with the house buy my wife doesn't want that to happen... also I we can't afford it! lol
but an extension is on the cards at the back to make the place more 2007 than 1907 (the place was build in 1911 and I don't think much has been done to it since 1983)
