can you adjust the damping on them? i.e the stiffness. are they brand new in the box and unused? how much delivered?

no adjustable damping mate
yeh in box and never been used, only been out to check them, ordered 2 sets when i got them, kept one for myself
tese were supposed to go to a mate but he ended up not buying them.
