guy i know has a building firm that he has relocated to bulgaria and is doin very well out of it. it will probably make him millions in a few years.

there was a building programme on the other week, and was a brit guy buying massive old houses over there for about 6k, knocking them down and building them from new for about 3-6k (labour, materials, etc.) and then selling them for about 25k.
These were massive properties aswell, in a couple of acres and with about 5 or 6 massive bedrooms.
