The searchg is disabled so have to post.

The car is only blowing cold are even when the car is warm up to 95 DEG.
this happens occasionally. sometimes it's ok.
If the heater matrix is broke, is it repairable?

any help appreciated.

I think it's an absoloute bastard to get to get out Ben.

Do you get the running water sound behind the dash by any chance?

na no running water sound phil.

just intermittant heat, it's cold, then hot then cold.

Never mind. hopefully search will come back shortly

b4 you go ripping ya matrix out

change your thermostat

get it from vauxhall and check it works b4 you fit it by boiling the kettle and putting the boiling water on the stat in a glass and you can see if it opens
also flush your radiator

I had this problem and it turned out to be a huge airlock.....

Had to take the cap off the header tank and leave the blowers on full hot for about an hour and it sorted it

Really? That worked? How hot did it get Richie? I can always feel lots of pressure in the radiator hoses.
