would putting a far bigger bore on a 1.6 loose me power, its not massivly huge but certaily alot bigger.

My BFO exhaust gained me power, that was 2.25", anything over that would lose you power, yes.

my 2.25" system (the same as robins) has made it rev more freely, but can't say its either added or retracted any power really... but its hard to tell on an X14 i suppose !!
